Jump on the fast track to success with this results-driven program that combines the powerful tools of lifestyle coaching with interactive, playful exercise. This program is for anyone who wants to make positive lifestyle changes and maintain those changes for optimum fitness & well being.
The Experience – a refreshingly different combination of movement and thought provoking teachings using lifestyle coaching processes. We begin with a starting point assessment as a guide to learn what areas to focus on (Mind/Body/Heart). Identify the goals and focus of the mind/body workouts and immediately get into the groove of making it all happen. First time visitors will need to create their own Body Map - we request that you contact us prior to class to receive your materials.
- Warm-Up:
Meditative movement through yoga/chi gong disciplines with a focus on intention and desired outcomes via guided visualization
- Hot Play:
Mind/Body Play Stations - 7 different stimulating, integrative mind/body movement segments shaped by participant goals; exercises focus on holistic fitness including resistance training, core strengthening, aerobic activity
- Cool Down:
Stretching for flexibility and reflection

Coaching Program
Lifestyle coaching focuses
on sustainable healthy lifestyle changes
--- behavioral changes that enhance both the well-being
and happiness of the client. The lifestyle coaching
program specializes in fitness, lifestyle changes,
stress management and realistic weight loss. The program’s
design, factoring in realistic health targets and
physical condition, stems absolutely from the client
and is shaped solely by the client’s agenda
on any scheduled day of a session.
The beauty of lifestyle coaching is that it supports
clients’ efforts to attain a healthy lifestyle
while providing the tools and techniques to not only
reach their goals more rapidly but also maintain the
changes for the rest of their lives.
What is lifestyle coaching?
Lifestyle coaching is based on the philosophy that
when holistically balanced and well, living the lifestyle
that suits your individuality, you are in alignment
with your soul’s purpose; victorious. When correctly
employed, lifestyle coaching allows you to more readily
understand your higher sense of purpose and provides
you with the tools necessary to achieve your lifestyle
goals. Lifestyle coaching looks at the mental, emotional,
physical and spiritual aspects of your life and works
toward bringing those aspects into harmony.
A Lifestyle Coach works in partnership with you exploring
your goals, habits, values, attitudes, perceptions,
life choices, habits and barriers. You then discover
and begin utilizing your unique talents, abilities,
passions, desires and sense of purpose to manifest
holistic wholeness, personal fulfillment and life
success.

Being healthy in mind and body is the foundation
of a fulfilling life and peak performance - at home
and work. Yet, you are often made to deal with myriad
life challenges making it difficult to improve or
maintain your body/mind wellness. You need a new approach.
Your life coach will help you break out of self-defeating
behaviors instead of allowing the continuance of a
purely reactive mode; set and achieve proactive goals
and reward you for doing so! Your life coach will
unfetter you so you may accomplish more than you thought
possible!
How does the program work?
I Information Gathering
You provide background information through a comprehensive
written questionnaire and orally during the first
coaching session. This ensures the coaches are well-informed
on your key issues, desired outcomes and agenda. You
confirm that you are ready to make changes, discuss
a personal vision and set priorities and realistic
goals for the next 3 months. You agree to define and
accomplish 3-5 interim goals, or small steps, toward
the larger 3-month goal during the following week.
II Motivation & Strategy
Together you and your coach perform a comprehensive
assessment of your current lifestyle, fitness habits
and physical condition. You create a plan for motivation
and exemplify the “you” that you would
like to ultimately become. Using this current information
and the description of your desired outcome, you jointly
formulate achievable objectives that can be measured
and assessed. Only by understanding your needs and
desires will this partnership forward the achievement
of your goals. The coach will help you seek inspiration
from within and identify inner resources, providing
tools invaluable during this program and after. You
develop a strategy for the future, which empowers
you to activate change.
In effect, you will have a comprehensive self-designed
program, to include exercise and dietary behavior
changes, tailored to your individual lifestyle and
schedule along with personal goals (both short and
long term) related to your focus in the lifestyle
coaching program.
III The Journey
In each subsequent 60 minute coaching session, scheduled
three times a month or as needed, you and your coach review the
progress made toward the previous week's goals and
either proceed to something new or develop a solution
to overcome an obstacle. You then agree on a set of
goals for the following week.
After a few weeks of coaching sessions, you should
begin to notice improvements in your motivation as
you begin to advance more strongly in the direction
of your goals. Some may hit one or more obstacles
in the second and third months, but both coaches and
clients collaborate creatively to innovative solutions
for overcoming each roadblock on the path to success.
IV Reflection and Beyond
At the end of 3 months, most clients have accomplished
more than 70% of their 3-month goals. They are energized
and confident about committing to further life improvements.
