You choose the format, from those described below, that best fits into your life. Your coach offers inspiration, guidance and the benefit of experience as you journey toward attaining your goals; living your dream. Your optimistic, motivated, dedicated participation makes a recipe for success.

All Baraka Institute coaching programs begin with a Discover Session lasting approximately 2-3 hours. During this session, you and the coach collaborate to design your working relationship. Together you explore your values, passions, obstacles and vision for the future. You discover what mechanisms motivate and energize you, positioning you to make your life the best possible.

Discovery Session: $200.00 one-time investment, independent of regular monthly fees.

Tele-Coaching

The tele-coaching package includes 3 structured coaching sessions monthly at 60 minutes each. Email support and short (5-10 minute) scheduled telephone calls in-between sessions are also available. To maximize the coaching sessions, you may be asked to prepare and submit a short coaching form prior to a scheduled session. You will have access to a coaching line number to contact your coach for these sessions.

The accelerated coaching package includes 3 in-person coaching sessions monthly at 60 minutes each. Email support and short (5-10 minute) scheduled telephone calls in-between sessions are also available. In-person coaching sessions are conducted in the Good Living Guide office or, with prior arrangement, at a location of your choice. Additional travel time fees may apply if location is more than 10 miles from our office.
